Delivery

For all deliveries we use UK provider Royal Mail and all orders placed will be shipped out within 48 hours. We always try and ship items out as quickly as possible.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 working days) £4.95

Your order will arrive at your chosen delivery address upto 5 working days after we’ve received confirmation and payment has been processed. You will receive a email confirmation regarding your order. (All orders placed are dispatched Monday to Friday)

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier delays or IT system failures your order may take a little longer than usual to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (15 – 20 working days) £16.95

International orders are dispatched by Royal Mail international. As always we will try and ship all orders out as quickly as possibly.  As we are based in the UK international shipping will take longer so please allow 15 – 20 working days for your order to arrive. You will receive a email confirmation regarding your order. Returns

Please download this returns form, complete and return with your items.

We recommend that you use a reputable courier and that you retain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit back to us.

Returns can take up to 10 days to get back to us, It is important you enclose the returns form with your parcel.
